Sacramento Tree Lighting 2024 Schedule. Sacramento residents are lighting up their homes for the holiday season, while the folsom city zoo sanctuary, old sacramento waterfront, and cal expo are hosting festive. Festivities will begin at 5 p.m.

Theatre of lights is a free holiday lighting extravaganza at the old sacramento waterfront produced by the downtown sacramento partnership. Festivities kick off at 5pm, arrive early and shop the many small businesses in the district.
